Estimated Delivery Time?

Hey Sailor can’t give a specific delivery promise at this time, but fast shipping is very important to us.  If you place an order with us before 6pm, it will be shipped next business day.  We use Royal Mail 2nd Class for all deliveries which we expect to take 2-3 business days.  More information can be found on our Hey Sailor Delivery Information page.

Where Does Your Discount Code Go?

You will add your discount code right before checkout confirmation. It’s pretty much the last step before payment. This comes after the PayPal authorisation.  We'd love it to be before and are currently working on a way to improve this.

How To Cancel An Order?

In the unlikely event that you would like to cancel your order please contact Hey Sailor ASAP.  If you have not received a shipping notification then you can email us at support@heysailor.co.uk If your order has already been shipped you will need to refer to our returns process.

How Long Will Email Enquiries Take To Be Answered?

Hey Sailor aim to reply to all your email enquiries within 24 hours.

Do We Accept Returns For Pierced Earrings?

Unfortunately Hey Sailor are unable to accept returns for pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Why Won't My 10% Off Newsletter Sign-Up Code Work?
